Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 602 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §47-8-2 and §47-8-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to registering and indexing of fictitious names used by sole proprietors, individuals, or general partnerships; striking exemptions; and providing that the Secretary of State shall keep a searchable database for all persons filing forms to register and index fictious names.”
